Step into the spotlight with our Musical Theater Jazz program! Inspired by the legendary styles of Bob Fosse, Luigi, and other jazz greats, this high-energy class brings Broadway to life for students in grades 3 through high school. Our progressive curriculum blends classic jazz technique with fresh choreography, a mix of timeless classics and contemporary music, and a focus on developing strong leaps, turns, and stage presence. It’s bold, dynamic, and built to inspire young performers to shine on stage with confidence and style.

Class sizes are kept small, providing individual attention by highly experienced dance education professionals with a motivational and caring approach. We place strong emphasis on technique, proper alignment and safety, in relation to the individual physicality of each student.

Class Offerings

Students perform in our annual Holiday Spectacular, as well as our Senior Division Spring Recital, both performed in a professional theater.

Recent Senior Division Spring Recital performances include selections from Wicked, Hamilton, Matilda & La La Land.

Class Offerings

Broadway 1	Open to students in grades 3-5. This is a 2-3 year program.
Open Broadway 1	Open to beginner students in grades five and up. This is a 2-3 year program.
Open Broadway 2	Open to intermediate students in grades six and up who do not wish to add a ballet or tap class required in the higher levels of the Broadway program. This is a 2-3 year program.
Open Broadway 3	Open to students in grades 8-12 who have completed 2 years of Open Level Broadway 2 or equivalent. Older beginners are welcome but may need to take a few private lessons to catch up.
Broadway 2 *	Grades 4-7. Placement is by faculty recommendation or audition only. This class is a 2 to 3-year program.
Broadway 3 *	Upper-level students, in grades 5-12, are placed by faculty recommendation or audition only. This level requires two classes a week. Second class is ballet or tap.
Broadway 4 *	Upper-level students, in grades 7-12, are placed by faculty recommendation or audition only. This level requires two classes a week. The additional class must be Ballet.
Broadway 5 *	Upper-level students, in grades 8-12, are placed by faculty recommendation or audition only. This level requires three classes a week. Additional classes must be either two ballet classes or one ballet & 1 tap class.
